Viewings

We are happy to accompany each viewing. Each viewing will be accompanied by a member of our professional sales team if required at no additional charge. All property keys are held securely and entered into our key system

Offers

Any offer we receive will be substantiated by a senior member of our sales team. We will contact you immediately via telephone and confirm in writing the same day via the post. in presenting an offer to you we will have confirmed the prospective purchasers position, chain details and financial details.

Sales Progression

Once and offer has been agreed on your property we shall keep you regularly updated as to your purchasers progress, i.e. when the survey has been paid for, the results are back, the local search has been requested, draft papers have been received, and exchange has taken place etc.

Fee's

Fee's are dependant on each individual property, our fee's are competitive however fee's will differ where property prices may be higher etc. Our fee's are strictly no sale no fee and our fee is only charged if the property reaches a legal exchange of contracts. If for any reason the sale falls through before exchange of contracts no fee will be charged.
